The Little Belters Story
Little Belters was set up in 2011 by opera-singing sisters Claire and Tina O’Brien. The first group was established in Altrincham. The idea was simple – to provide quality, fun group singing and choral lessons for children who LOVE to sing. No audition required.

The Little Belters performance on the Jane Macdonald Christmas Special Show was aired on Channel 5. The children had such a fab time!20th December 2019
Our Little Belters from Altrincham and Sale came together to perform at the Prevent Breast Cancer Christmas Carol concert. It really was a fun packed, festive filled evening.12th December 2019
Our very excited Chorlton Little Belters performed at the Royal Manchester Children’s Christmas Carols in the City event at Manchester Cathedral. They went down a storm!8th December 2019
All the Little Belters performed at the vintage venue The Cinnamon Club in the Christmas Choir event.30th November 2019

We were beyond excited when we were asked to record some vocal parts for the super talented band Hi Sienna. We were blown away when they also asked us to take part in their music video.November 2019
Some of the Little Belters headed off to Media City again, as Jane Macdonald had asked them back to do the 2019 Christmas Special.21st September 2019
Little Belters took to the Main Stage to sing at the 2019 ‘Harfest’. They sang some of their favourite’s songs; from Elton John’s ‘I’m Still Standing’ to Nirvana’s ‘Smells Like Teen Spirit’.15th September 2019

The Little Belters were at Media City again, singing The Hollies ‘The Air That I Breathe’ – to support Greater Manchester Clean Air Week.10th June 2019
All the Belters performed at our Singing Extravaganza at The Stoller Hall at Cheetham’s School of Music. It was a fabulous day – all the groups sang some amazing songs and we all came together for the finale to sing ‘You’ve Got the Love’.May 2019
